Choose Your Plan
Not sure which plan is right for your team? We recommend Pro for teams because it gives you access to the most powerful AI models, removes the "Made with Gamma" branding, lets you add password protection to anything you share, and ensures you'll always have access to our newest features.
Plan Options (in USD, prices may vary by region):
Plus Plan ($94 per user per year): Unlimited AI usage, branding removal, priority support, and up to 20 cards per AI generation (with unlimited generations).
Pro Plan ($180 per user per year): Everything in Plus, plus more powerful AI, up to 60 AI generated cards at a time, custom domains, custom fonts, and detailed analytics.

Setting Up Your Team
Create Your Admin Account
Visit gamma.app/pricing to get started.
When you sign up for your admin account, you'll need to provide a credit card and will be billed for the first member.
Add Team Members
Open workspace settings by clicking the dropdown menu in the upper-left corner of your Gamma dashboard and selecting "Settings & members".
Navigate to the Members tab to manage your team.
Enter email addresses to invite individuals directly, or copy the invite link and share it with teammates.
Note: You must be a workspace admin to add users. If you're not an admin, reach out to someone who is or request to be made an admin.

How Billing Works
Your Gamma for teams subscription uses per-member billing, meaning you're charged for each user in your workspace. Each additional member who accepts an invite to the workspace will generate a subsequent bill.
Example: If you're on the $20/month Pro plan and have 2 users, your total monthly bill will be $40.

What payment methods does Gamma accept?
Gamma accepts all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc.), debit cards, and direct bank transfers from US and EU-based banks.
Where can I find or update my invoice?
From the Gamma home screen, click the dropdown in the upper-left corner and select "Settings & members." In the Overview tab, click "Manage subscription in Stripe" to view or edit your payment method and invoices.

Can I have a combination of Pro, Plus and Free users on one workspace?
Your subscription level is tied to the workspace, not the individual user. Each workspace gives its members the same subscription level. This helps keeps everyone in your workspace on the same page.
How do I set up my team's branding?
Gamma allows you to create custom themes to match your brand, including colors, fonts, logos, and other design elements. Custom themes are automatically shared with all users in your workspace.
To create a custom theme:
Click on the "three-dot menu (…)" at the bottom right of an existing theme.
Select "Customize this theme".
Follow the step-by-step builder to customize your colors, fonts, logos, and other design elements.
Click "Save" once you've finished your edits.
