Introduction
The dashboard is the main workspace hub where you can access your gammas, organize folders, explore templates, manage your media, and customize themes, fonts, icons, and instructions, all in one place.
🔷 Note: The left-hand panel is your home base for navigating Gamma. This guide walks through each section from top to bottom.
How to Use the Gamma Dashboard
Step 1: Access Your Gammas
From the left-hand panel, select Home, then Gammas to view the gammas you have access to.
Each gamma shows a thumbnail that matches the format you created it in, so a letter-size document, a 4:3 presentation, and a social carousel each preview in their own shape and size.
Use filters to sort by All, Recently viewed, Created by you, and Favorites, and switch between Grid View and List View depending on your preference.
💎 Pro Tip: Pin your most-used gammas to Favorites for quick access when working on multiple projects.
Step 2: Use the Search Function
Quickly find the gamma you're looking for using our search function, represented by the magnifying glass icon (🔍) in the upper right corner.
Search looks across the titles and content of the gammas you can access and ranks results by relevance.
Step 3: Check Out Shared with You
View gammas made by others that have been shared with you.
Use filters to sort by All, Recently viewed, and Favorites. You can also switch between Grid View and List View depending on your preference.
Step 4: Explore Your Sites
You'll find any Gamma sites that you've created in this section, but you'll also see them in your general All Gammas view as well.
Step 5: API Generated
Anything you've generated with the API can be found in this section.
Step 6: Stay Organized with Folders
Click the + next to Folders to create a new folder.
When you create a folder, you choose who can see it: only you, specific people you invite, or your entire workspace.
To move a gamma into a folder, drag and drop it into the desired folder.
To remove it from a folder, open the folder, click on the gamma, then select Remove from folder.
🔷 Note: A gamma can belong to multiple folders.
Step 7: Access the Trash
Navigate to Trash to restore or permanently delete any discarded gammas.
Step 8: Browse Templates
Templates: Browse different layout styles. Click Add a gamma to add your first template.
Workspace Templates are available on all plans, including Free.
Step 9: Personalize Gamma with Customize
The Customize section is where you manage everything that shapes how your gammas look and how the AI works for you.
Themes: Explore pre-designed themes with custom fonts, colors, and images. You can also create your own themes.
Fonts: Gamma includes Google fonts by default, but you can upload your own for custom branding. Custom fonts are available on all plans.
Icons: Manage the icon sets available in your gammas.
Custom Instructions: Set instructions that automatically apply to all your AI generations, from personal preferences to workspace-wide brand rules.
🌀 Insight: Looking for the old Library tab? It hasn't gone anywhere. It's now called Customize to reflect that it's where you customize fonts, instructions, icons, and themes.
Step 10: Manage Your Media
Click Media in the left-hand panel to find images you've uploaded or generated with AI. You can browse, reuse, and generate new images directly from this page.
Step 11: Manage Workspace Settings
Under Settings & Members, you can manage team roles and permissions.
Step 12: Contact Customer Support
Click the ? in the bottom-right corner of the dashboard.
Select Contact Support to chat or send an email.
FAQs & Common Issues
Where did the Library go?
The Library is now called Customize. Everything that lived there, including themes, fonts, and icons, is still available, along with the new Custom Instructions feature.
Can I share a gamma in multiple folders?
Yes, gammas can exist in multiple folders simultaneously.
Can I customize my themes fully?
Absolutely. You can upload custom fonts and define your own color palettes and imagery.
Where is the customer support chat?
Click the ? in the bottom-right corner of your dashboard to access it.
How do I restore a gamma from the Trash?
Go to Trash, click on the gamma, and select Restore.
