What is Gamma’s Refund Policy?
Gamma offers refunds only within the first 7 days of subscribing to either the Plus or Pro plans, for both monthly and annual billing options, and only upon contacting Customer Support. You will not automatically receive a refund if you cancel within 7 days of subscribing.
Annual Plans
Eligible for a full refund within the first 7 days after subscribing.
No refunds are issued after 7 days.
Monthly Plans
Eligible for a full refund within the first 7 days after subscribing.
No refunds are issued after 7 days.

How to Request a Refund
Step 1: Open Gamma Support
Navigate to https://gamma.app
Click the ? icon in the bottom-right corner of the screen.
Step 2: Contact Support
Select Contact support from the help menu.
Let us know you’re requesting a refund and include the plan you subscribed to and the date.
