If you've recently subscribed to Gamma and had a change of plans, we’ve made it simple to request a refund - if you meet the eligibility criteria. This article outlines Gamma’s refund policy and how to contact support for a refund.

What is Gamma’s Refund Policy?

🌀 Important: Beginning December 1, 2025, Gamma will offer refunds only within the first 3 days of subscribing to one of our paid plans, for both monthly and annual billing options, and only upon contacting Customer Support. You will not automatically receive a refund if you cancel within 3 days of subscribing. Additionally, you must not have exceeded the threshold for credit usage.

Annual and Monthly Plans

  • Eligible for a full refund within the first 3 days after subscribing, if credit usage does not exceed the threshold for the plan. See the table below to understand the credit usage threshold per plan.

  • No refunds are issued after 3 days.

How to Request a Refund

Step 1: Open Gamma Support

  • Navigate to https://gamma.app

  • Click the ? icon in the bottom-right corner of the screen.

Step 2: Contact Support

  • Select Contact support from the help menu.

  • Let us know you’re requesting a refund and include the plan you subscribed to and the date.
