How to request a W-9 form from Gamma

Step 1: Go to the Gamma homepage

Navigate to https://gamma.app.

Step 2: Open the Help Widget

Click on the ? icon in the bottom right-hand corner of the homepage to open the support menu.

Step 3: Select "Contact Support"

In the widget menu, select Contact Support to open the message window. You can now submit your request asking for a W-9 form.

Gamma’s Customer Support Team will respond with the W-9 form or next steps as needed.
