Introduction
Gamma allows you to streamline your content by merging multiple cards within a gamma or copying cards from one gamma into another. Follow the steps below to efficiently manage and organise your content.
Option 1: Merging Cards Within a Gamma
If you want to combine two or more cards in the same gamma, you can use the merge feature.
Step 1: Select the Cards to Merge
Open your gamma.
Locate the 2 cards you want to merge.
Click the top-left bar of a card to select the bottom card.
Step 2: Merge the Cards
Click Merge into Card Above from the options menu.
The selected card will be merged into the card above it.
You can repeat this process for however many cards you want to merge together.
Option 2: Combining Two Gammas
Gamma does not have a built-in way to merge entire gammas, but you can manually transfer content using the copy-paste method.
Step 1: Select All Cards in a Gamma
Open the gamma you want to merge into another.
Press Cmd + A (Mac) or Ctrl + A (Windows) twice using the filmstrip (left-hand bar) to select all cards.
Step 2: Copy & Paste into Another Gamma
Press Cmd + C (Mac) or Ctrl + C (Windows) to copy the selected cards.
Open the gamma where you want to paste the content.
Press Cmd + V (Mac) or Ctrl + V (Windows) to paste the copied cards.
📌 Note: The pasted cards will retain their content and formatting but will inherit the theme of the new gamma.
