How to Generate AI Infographics in Gamma
🌀 Insight: You can create infographics in Gamma using two methods: the slash command, and the insert menu.
Option 1: Using the Slash Command
Click on a card in your gamma
In your gamma, type /infographics
Select AI infographics from the dropdown menu and press Enter
Option 2: Using the Insert Menu
Click the image icon from the insert menu on the right-hand side.
Select AI infographics

Generating AI Infographics
Enter a text description of the infographic you want with the information you’d like to convey
(Optional) Click Enhance prompt to fill in the prompt with a suggestion based on your card content. This also picks a layout for you automatically
(Optional) Select a specific art style or layout
(Optional) You can adjust the aspect ratio and image model
Click Generate to create an AI-generated infographic

Editing AI Infographics
Step 1: Open up your AI Infographic
Locate the AI-generated infographic in your gamma
Click on your image to select it
Step 2: Toolbar menu
A toolbar will appear above or below the selected infographic OR you can right-click on the AI infographic you’d like to edit
You’re able to align, crop or leave a comment
If you’d like to regenerate your AI infographic, click Edit to prompt to generate a new one
FAQs & Common Issues
Can I edit infographics that weren’t generated with AI?
No - currently, AI editing only works on infographics created using Gamma’s built-in AI infographic tool
Can I undo my edits?
Yes! Use the undo button or press
Cmd + Z(Mac) orCtrl + Z(Windows) to revert changes.
Do infographics work in exports?
Infographics are viewable in live presentations and are supported in exported PDFs or PowerPoint files as static images
