How to Manage or Cancel Your Subscription
Step 1: Access Workspace Settings
Select Settings & members on the left hand panel.
Step 2: Open the Billing Tab
Select the Billing tab, locate the Manage subscription section.
Click Manage subscription in Stripe to view or edit your payment method and invoices.
Step 3: Cancel Subscription
To cancel, return to the Billing tab.
Select Cancel subscription.
Confirm your cancellation within Stripe.
Gamma’s Refund & Cancellation Policy
Gamma offers refunds only within the first 7 days of subscribing to either the Plus or Pro plans, for both monthly and annual billing options, and only upon contacting Customer Support.
🔷 Note: You will not automatically receive a refund if you cancel within 7 days of subscribing.
Annual & Monthly Plans
Eligible for a full refund within the first 7 days after subscribing.
No refunds are issued after 7 days.

Cancellation Policy & Renewal Timeline
To avoid renewal, cancel at least 30 days before the plan's renewal date.
If you’ve received an auto-renewal notification, you have 30 days from the notice date to cancel.
Your subscription will remain active until the current term ends.

Currently, Gamma does not offer a pause or hold option. You’ll need to cancel and resubscribe when ready.
I forgot to cancel before renewal - can I get a refund?

What happens to my content if I cancel?
You’ll retain access to your content, but any features exclusive to paid plans will be disabled after your subscription ends.
