What is Subscription Management in Gamma?

Gamma allows users to manage their subscription directly through the dashboard. This includes accessing invoices, updating payment methods, and cancelling an existing plan. All subscription billing is managed through Stripe.

How to Manage or Cancel Your Subscription

Step 1: Access Workspace Settings

  • From the Gamma home screen, click the dropdown in the upper-left corner.

  • Select Settings & members.

Step 2: Open Billing Overview

  • In the Overview tab, locate the billing and subscription section.

  • Click Manage subscription in Stripe to view or edit your payment method and invoices.

Step 3: Cancel Subscription

  • To cancel, return to the Overview tab.

  • Select Cancel subscription.

  • Confirm your cancellation within Stripe.

Gamma’s Refund Policy

Annual & Monthly Plan

  • If you cancel within the first 7 days of subscribing to Plus or Pro Annual, you can receive a full refund by contacting Customer Support.

  • No refunds are issued after the initial 7 days.

How to Request a Refund

  • Reach out to Gamma Customer Support within the 7-day window.

  • Support is available 24/7.

Cancellation Policy & Renewal Timeline

  • To avoid renewal, cancel at least 30 days before the plan's renewal date.

  • If you’ve received an auto-renewal notification, you have 30 days from the notice date to cancel.

  • Your subscription will remain active until the current term ends.

Can I pause my subscription instead of cancelling?

  • Currently, Gamma does not offer a pause or hold option. You’ll need to cancel and resubscribe when ready.

What happens to my content if I cancel?
