What is the Invoice and Billing History Feature?
🌀 Insight: Gamma's billing section allows you to view and download past invoices, update payment details, and manage your plan - all in one place.
How to Find Your Gamma Invoice or Receipt
Step 1: Go to Settings & Members
From the Gamma homepage, select Settings & members from the left-hand menu.
Step 2: Open Manage Subscription
Click Billing > Manage subscription. This will open a new tab powered by Stripe, Gamma's billing platform.
Step 3: View and download invoices
Inside the Stripe dashboard, scroll to find your invoice history. You can click into any invoice to view full details and download a PDF copy.
Step 4: Make changes after purchase
🔷 Note: Inside Manage subscription, you can also make updates to your Gamma invoice, and these updates will be reflected on your next billing cycle.
If you’ve already subscribed and need to update the information on your invoices, you can do this by going to Manage subscription. Any changes you make will appear on your next billing cycle.
If you’re on a monthly plan, your updated invoice details will show on the invoice issued next month when your subscription renews.
If you’re on a yearly plan, the changes will appear on the invoice issued next year at renewal.
Note: If you need your invoice to include specific information before subscribing, please reach out to Customer Support and we’ll be happy to help.If you’ve already subscribed and need your invoice details updated right away, our team will need to assist you. We’ll cancel your current plan, issue a refund (if applicable), update your information in our system, and then you’ll be able to subscribe again with the correct details.

Can I update my Gamma invoice after purchase?
If you need to update the information on your Gamma invoice, such as your billing address or company details, you can do so after your purchase. The updated information will reflect on your next billing cycle invoice.
What if I need my current invoice updated?
You’ll need to reach out to Customer Support, as they will need to cancel your current plan, issue a refund (if applicable), update your information in our system, and then you can upgrade again
Why can't I find the "Manage subscription" option?
Make sure you are an admin of the workspace. Only admins can access billing and subscription settings.
Can I get my invoice sent to my email?
Invoices are automatically emailed, and you can download them manually from the billing dashboard as well.
