How to Add a Form to Your Gamma
Step 1: Create Your Form
Build and publish your form in Google Forms, Tally, Typeform, or Jotform. Then copy the form's share link or embed code.
Step 2: Insert a Form Block
In your gamma, click where you want the form to go, then add a form block in one of two ways:
Using Add block: Click Add block in the top toolbar, search for Forms, then choose your form provider.
Using the slash command: Type /form and select your form provider.
💎 Pro Tip: Picked the wrong provider? Use the dropdown at the top of the Media panel to switch.
Step 3: Paste Your Link
In the Media panel that opens, paste your link or embed code into the URL or embed code field, then click Go.
FAQs & Common Issues
Where do my form responses go?
Responses are saved in your form provider's dashboard, not in Gamma.
To view or export them, log in to your Google Forms, Tally, Typeform, or Jotform account.
Can I build a form directly in Gamma?
Not currently. Gamma doesn't support native form fields or custom HTML forms.
