You can add a video to your gamma by uploading a video file from your computer, or by embedding a video from YouTube, Vimeo, Loom, Wistia, or TikTok.
🌀 Insight: Uploaded videos are hosted by Gamma, so you don't need a YouTube or Vimeo account to share them.
How to Upload a Video
Click where you'd like the video to go in your gamma.
Type /video and select Video upload.
Drag in your video file, or browse for it on your computer.
🔷 Note: You can upload MP4, WebM, or MOV files up to 200 MB each.
How to Embed a Video From Another Site
Copy the link to your video.
In your gamma, type /video and select the site your video is hosted on: YouTube videos, Vimeo videos, Loom recording, Wistia, or TikTok.
Paste your link.
💎 Pro Tip: Make sure your video is public or unlisted so everyone viewing your gamma can watch it.

Can I add videos from my phone?
Yes. In the Gamma mobile app, you can add videos straight from your camera roll.
The app is currently available in the US and Canada.
What video file types can I upload?
You can upload MP4, WebM, and MOV files.
Each file can be up to 200 MB.
Why won't my embedded video play?
Check that the video is set to public or unlisted on the site it's hosted on.
Private videos can't be played by people viewing your gamma.
My video file is larger than 200 MB. What can I do?
Compress the video or trim it into shorter clips, then upload it again.
You can also upload it to YouTube, Vimeo, Loom, Wistia, or TikTok and embed it instead.
