Introduction

Multipage gammas let you organize multiple pages into a single gamma and share everything with one link. Instead of sending people to several separate gammas, you can bundle related content together, such as chapters of an ebook, sections of a client proposal, pages of a course, all in one place.

🌀 Insight: Multi-page gammas work great for ebooks, courses, client microsites, recurring meeting docs, and anything else where you want to keep related content organized under a single link.

How do I add pages to my gamma?

Step 1: Open the Pages panel

From inside the editor, click the Pages icon in the top-left toolbar to open the Pages panel. This is where you'll manage all the pages in your gamma.

Step 2: Add a new page

At the top of the Pages panel, click + Add page. You can add a page in a few ways:

  • Blank page: Start from scratch with an empty page.

  • Add page with AI: Describe what you want and let AI generate the page for you.

🔷 Note: When you add a new page, it will inherit the format and page setup of the page you're currently on.

Step 3: Navigate between pages

Click any page in the Pages panel to switch to it. You can also use the page switcher that appears in the top-left of the editor when you have multiple pages.

How do I manage my pages?

In the Pages panel, click the three-dot menu (…) next to any page to access options including:

  • Edit page settings: Edit the page's title, view the share preview and more

  • Rename: Give the page a custom title.

  • Duplicate: Make a copy of the page within the same gamma.

  • Copy share link: Get a direct link to that specific page.

  • Archive: Hide a page without deleting it. Archived pages appear in a separate section at the bottom of the panel.

💎 Pro Tip: You can reorder pages by dragging them within the Pages panel. Use this to structure your gamma exactly how you want viewers to navigate it.

How does sharing work with multipage gammas?

Sharing settings apply at the file level, meaning all pages in a gamma share the same access permissions. When you share a multipage gamma, anyone you share it with can access all the pages in it. To share your gamma, click the Share button in the top-right corner of the editor and set your access permissions as usual.

🔷 Note: If you want to share a link to a specific page rather than the whole gamma, use Copy page link from the three-dot menu (…) next to that page in the Pages panel.

Can I publish a multi-page gamma as a site?

Yes, multipage gammas can be published as Gamma Sites. When published, each page becomes a navigable section of your site, and viewers can move between pages using the navigation Gamma generates automatically.

FAQs & Common Issues

How many pages can I add to a gamma?

  • For best performance, we recommend keeping your gamma to a manageable number of pages.

Can I turn an existing single-page gamma into a multi-page gamma?

  • Yes, just open any existing gamma in the editor and add pages via the Pages panel. Your original content becomes the main page (also called the homepage).

Can I use multipage gammas as workspace templates?

  • Not currently. Workspace templates are single-page only.

Can I edit different pages at the same time?

  • Each page is edited individually. Switch between pages using the Pages panel to make edits to each one.

Someone I shared my gamma with can't see a specific page. Why?

  • Sharing settings apply to the whole gamma. If someone has access to the gamma, they can access all pages within it. Check that you've shared the gamma (not just a single page link) with the right permissions.

I can't see the Pages panel or the option to add a page.

  • Make sure you're in edit mode in the editor. The Pages panel is accessible from the top-left toolbar.
