How to manage your subscription
To manage your billing info, you can use the Settings & members option on the Gamma dashboard. This will let you find your past invoices, change payment options, or cancel your plan.

homescreen, select Settings & members from the left hand menu
Then choose Manage subscription in Stripe, or Cancel subscription
Cancellation Policy
When canceling your subscription, please make sure to do so at least thirty (30) days before the plan's Renewal date. In the event you receive a notice from Gamma about automatic renewal, you have thirty (30) days from the date of Gamma’s notice to cancel. You can continue using your subscription until the end of the current term, and it will not be renewed after the term expires.
Refund Policy
In order to be eligible for a refund, you must reach out to our Customer Support team within the initial 7 days of subscription. Our hours Monday - Friday, 8am - 8pm EST, and Saturday - Sunday, 8am - 5pm ET.
Annual Plan
Within the first 7 days of subscribing to Plus or Pro Annual plans, you will receive a full refund upon cancellation. No refunds are provided for cancellations after the initial 7 days of subscribing to annual plans.
Monthly Plan
Within the first 7 days of subscribing to Plus or Pro Monthly plans, you will receive a full refund upon cancellation. No refunds are provided for cancellations after the initial 7 days of subscribing to monthly plans.
