Introduction
The Highspot connector lets Gamma read your Highspot content so you can search it, pull it into a gamma, and ask questions about it without leaving Gamma. Once it is set up, Gamma works with the same Highspot content you already have access to.
🔷 Note: Using the Highspot connector requires Platform+ on your Highspot plan, which Highspot requires for any non-Highspot client.
What you can do with the Highspot connector
With Highspot connected, Gamma can:
Search your Highspot content by keyword.
Pull the full text of a specific Highspot item.
Get a Highspot answer to a question, with links to its sources.
Get content recommendations for a topic, persona, or deal stage.
Look up a CRM opportunity by name.
Answer questions about that opportunity.
When Gamma generates content from Highspot, each slide names the Highspot item it came from, so you can trace every point back to its source.
What the connector cannot do
The Highspot connector is read-only. Gamma can read your Highspot content, but it cannot create or write anything in Highspot. That includes creating pitches, creating roleplays, and sending gammas back into Highspot.
Which capabilities your Highspot license includes
The tools available to you depend on your Highspot license:
Legacy E1 or E2 with Platform+: search content, get item content, and get content answers.
Content recommendations: requires an Agentic license.
Deal lookup and deal answers: require E3 Agentic.
Setting up the Highspot connector
Setup happens in two places: a Highspot admin turns the integration on once, and then each person connects their own account in Gamma.
Step 1: Have a Highspot admin enable the integration
In Highspot, a Highspot admin goes to Settings → Access & Privacy → Integration Credentials → Add App → MCP. This only needs to be done once for your organization.
Step 2: Connect your Highspot account in Gamma
In Gamma, go to Settings → My connectors and connect your Highspot account.

Each person authenticates individually, so Gamma can only see the Spots that person can already view in Highspot.

Why is my Highspot search returning no results?
Search terms are combined with AND, so a single word that does not match returns no results.
Name the subject you are looking for, for example "data residency", instead of adding extra adjectives.
