Introduction
Public links let anyone with the link open a gamma with no Gamma account needed. That's great for sharing, but as an admin you may want to know exactly what's publicly viewable and remove links that shouldn't be out there.
The Public links page gives you both: a list of every gamma in your workspace with an active public link, and the ability to revoke any of them.
🔷 Note: The Public links page is available on Gamma Enterprise. Only workspace admins can see it.
Where to find it
Enterprise admins can go to Settings → Public links.
How this relates to the Link sharing setting
Your workspace's Link sharing setting (Settings → Sharing & access) controls whether members can create public links at all. Turning it off stops new public links (and also restricts password-protected links, embeds, and social sharing) but it does not affect existing shared links. Those keep working until they are revoked.
That's where the public link setting comes in.
🌀 Insight: When you turn off link sharing, we'll show you how many gammas are still viewable by anyone with the link, with a shortcut to review them here and revoke the ones you don't want.
What you'll see
Every gamma with an active public link, with:
Title: the gamma's name and icon. Titles aren't clickable because being an admin doesn't give you access to the gamma itself.
Created by: the name and email of the person who created the gamma.
Link access: what anyone with the link can do - view, comment, or edit.
Doc access: everyone who currently has access - the public link, workspace-level access (e.g., "Everyone at Acme can edit"), and each person invited directly, including guests.
Created and Last edited: when the gamma was created and last changed.
💎 Pro Tip: You can filter by link permission or creator, and search by title or creator.
Revoking a public link
Find the gamma in the list and click Revoke public link. A confirmation explains exactly what will happen before anything changes:
What changes: anyone with the link loses access immediately. This includes the password, if the link was password-protected.
What doesn't change: people invited directly and workspace members with access keep it.
Who's notified: everyone with Full Access on the gamma gets an email letting them know a workspace admin turned off its public link. If no one has Full Access, for example, the creator has left the workspace, then no email is sent.
Revoking a link doesn't delete the gamma or change anything else about it. If someone with Full Access wants to make it public again (and link sharing is still on for your workspace), they can create a new link from the share panel.
FAQs & Common Issues
Can I revoke every link at once?
No. For now, you need to revoke links one by one.
