If you're having trouble signing in to your Gamma account, it may be due to using a different login method than the one you originally used to sign up. This article walks you through the correct steps to access your account, and what to do if you're locked out.
What is Gamma Account Login?
Your Gamma account can be accessed using either a Google account or an email and password combination. It’s important to use the same login method every time to avoid sign-in issues.
How to Log In to Your Gamma Account
Step 1: Visit the Sign-In Page
Go to gamma.app and click Sign in in the top-right corner.
Step 2: Select Your Login Method
Choose one of the following based on how you originally signed up:
Continue with Google: If you originally signed up using your Google account, you must click this button to access your account.
Email and Password: If you created your Gamma account using an email address and password, enter your credentials to log in.
Step 3: Reset Your Password (if applicable)
If you signed up using email/password but forgot your password:
Click Forgot password?
Enter your email address
Check your inbox for a password reset link

What if I didn't receive my confirmation email to sign up?
If you don't receive the email to confirm your email:
Check your spam filters
Try again on a different device or a different network
Try with a different email address.
Also note that disposable email addresses are not accepted by Gamma, so if you signed up using a disposable email address, you will not receive a confirmation email. In this case, sign up using a standard domain such as gmail or iCloud.
Why didn’t I receive a password reset email?
You may have signed up using Google authentication. If that’s the case, your account doesn’t use a password—log in with Continue with Google instead.
What if I still can’t access my account?
If neither login method works, please contact Gamma Support for further assistance.
Can I switch login methods later?
Currently, your login method is tied to your original signup method. Switching requires assistance from Gamma support.
