🌀 Insight: If you're having trouble signing in to your Gamma account, it may be due to using a different login method than the one you originally used to sign up.
This article walks you through the correct steps to access your account, and what to do if you're locked out.
What is Gamma Account Login?
Your Gamma account can be accessed using either a Google account or an email and password combination.
How to Log In to Your Gamma Account
Step 1: Visit the Sign-In Page
Go to gamma.app and click Log in in the top-right corner.
Step 2: Select Your Login Method
Choose one of the following based on how you originally signed up:
Continue with Google: If you originally signed up using your Google account and haven't set a password as well, you must click this button to access your account.
Email and Password: If you created your Gamma account using an email address and password, enter your credentials to log in.
Step 3: Forgot Your Password? (if applicable)
If you signed up using email/password but forgot your password:
Click Forgot password?
Enter your email address
Check your inbox for a password reset link
How to Reset or Change Your Password
🌀 Insight: You can also change your password in settings once you are signed into your Gamma account.
Select your profile icon at the bottom-left corner of your Gamma homepage.
Click Account Settings > Sign in & security > Update password.
You will then be directed to input your old password and set your new one.
How to Sign Out of Your Gamma Account
Select your profile icon at the bottom-left corner of your Gamma homepage.
Click Sign out.
FAQs & Common Issues
What if I didn't receive my confirmation email to sign up?
If you don't receive the email to confirm your email:
Check your spam filters
Try again on a different device or a different network
Try with a different email address.
Also note that disposable email addresses are not accepted by Gamma, so if you signed up using a disposable email address, you will not receive a confirmation email. In this case, sign up using a standard domain such as gmail or iCloud.
Why didn’t I receive a password reset email?
You may have signed up using Google authentication. If that’s the case, your account doesn’t use a password - log in with Continue with Google instead. Once you've logged in using Google, you can add a password if you prefer to log in that way going forward.
What if I still can’t access my account?
If neither login method works, please contact Gamma Support for further assistance.
Can I switch login methods later?
Yes, you can.

I signed in with Apple and chose "Hide My Email." Why can't I access my account or subscription with my regular email?
When you use Sign in with Apple with Hide My Email, Apple creates a private relay address (ending in @privaterelay.appleid.com) and never shares your real email with Gamma. Your account and any subscription are tied to that relay address. Signing in later with your personal email creates a brand new, separate account. To get back to your original account and subscription, use Sign in with Apple again on the same Apple ID. You can check which apps use Hide My Email in your Apple ID settings under Sign in with Apple.
