Q: How can I ask for help, or provide feedback to the Gamma team?

A: There are a few ways to reach us quickly.

  1. If you're logged in to the dashboard, you can click on the question mark in the lower right corner and select "Contact us" to chat with us.

  2. If you'd like to reach us via email, send us a note to support@gamma.app

Q: Do you have an affiliate program?

A: First, thank you so much for supporting Gamma and wanting to be an affiliate! We're a small team and we appreciate your support. Gamma's affiliate program is live, so please send your portfolio to glee@gamma.app, and we'll reach back out when we're ready!

Q: Does Gamma have an API?

A: If you're reading this, you probably want access to Gamma's API or SDK. Unfortunately, we don't have an API yet. You are not alone in wanting this feature. It is rapidly becoming one of our most popular requests! Please keep in mind that we don't yet have a timeline for when an API will be offered, but we will let you know as soon as we do. In the meantime, keep the requests rolling! We value every piece of feedback we get. Please consider writing in and telling us why you'd like an API, and what you'd use it for!

Q: Do you offer Enterprise pricing?

A: To be eligible for enterprise pricing, we typically require you to have a workspace of 10+ users. If you'd like to discuss an enterprise plan, please reach out to our CEO Grant Lee at glee@gamma.app with more details about your organization.

Q: What forms of pricing are accepted by Gamma?

A: We accept all major credit and debit card brands. You can also pay direct by any US or EU bank.

Q: How do I unsubscribe from a paid subscription?

A: To manage your billing info or cancel your subscription, you can use the Manage Subscription link in the workspace settings modal. This will let you find your past invoices, change payment options, or cancel your plan.
