We’re excited to announce that Gamma now supports right to left (RTL) languages in the editor: Arabic, Farsi, Hebrew, and Urdu. This update should ensures that your content is displayed and aligned correctly for languages written in RTL. These languages are currently in beta, so please submit your feedback on them here.

How to generate a gamma in a RTL Language

  1. Go to the presentation generator, and select your preferred language from the language picker

  2. Input your prompt, and follow the usual flow to generate a new presentation in Gamma

How to edit a gamma in a RTL Language

  1. Navigate to your Gamma

  2. Start typing in an RTL language (e.g., Arabic, Farsi, Hebrew, Urdu).

  3. The text will automatically align to the right, and Smart Layouts will adjust to maintain consistency.
