The filmstrip on the left hand side of your Gamma is there to make organizing your cards easy! You can delete cards from the filmstrip, drag them to reorder, and can copy cards to paste into other gammas.

Reordering cards

Reordering cards in Gamma is simple with the filmstrip view. Follow these steps to organize your content with ease:

  1. Open the gamma you want to edit

  2. Locate the filmstrip, which is the vertical panel that displays all your cards in order

  3. Click and hold the card you want to move in the filmstrip, and drag the card to its new position within the sequence. Release the card to drop it in place.

    1. Pro tip: you can use Shift+click to select and reorder multiple cards at once

  4. Once you’ve rearranged your cards, preview your project to ensure the flow matches your intended structure.

Reordering cards using the filmstrip is a quick way to fine-tune your Gamma project and maintain a logical flow in your presentation or website.

Deleting cards

You can also delete a card directly from the filmstrip. Simply find the card in the filmstrip, and click on it to highlight it. From here, press delete or back on your keyboard to delete the card.

If you need to undo a change, pressing command Z on your keyboard will revert it.
