How do I crop or resize images?

Learn how to use crop, resize, focal point, and fit/fill to adjust the size and position of your images in Gamma

In this article:

Regular images

Regular images can be cropped and resized by clicking on the Crop button.

From there, you can choose the shape and decide on the crop. You can also click and drag on the corners at any time to resize the image.

Accent images

Accent images are part of your card's layout and will automatically scale depending on the height of your card. You can drag on the edge to adjust the width of your accent image.

You can also adjust how your accent images look with the fit/fill and focus point features.

Fit/Fill

You can toggle between fit/fill in the menu to adjust how your accent images look.

Images in smart layouts

To adjust images in smart layouts, you can use the layout menu and focus point.

The menu lets you change the size and position of your layout:

Focus point

Focus point lets you change what shows in your smart layout and accent images. Drag the circle around to change what shows and then click anywhere to save.
